Tube Furnace Only

A standalone tube furnace is the preferred way to evenly heat small, volatile samples that don’t require strict atmospheric control.

With max temperatures from 1200°C to 1800°C and tube diameters of 50mm to 120mm, there’s a cost-effective yet uncompromising option for your laboratory.

Up to three hot zones and programmable controllers are standard.

  • Destructive testing where carries heat treatment of titanium at 1400°F ~ 1930°F (760°C ~ 1050°C) and is critical that the variation in temperature from the furnace set point at those temperatures is not greater than x%.
  • General testing where carries heat treatment of ceramic, alloy, titanium and etc for aerospace and metallic production industries.
  • Analytical research testing which needs to perform various material testing with thermal treatment.
  • Oil and gas measurement and analysis.
  • Recommended products – SH FU 5MG (1200°C general temperature muffle furnace), SH FU 3MGE (1050°C economic muffle furnace)
